Exclusive! Schwarzenegger's Speech to the California Republican Party

I was able to get my hands on some excerpts from the Governor's speech to the California Republican Party tonight ...
Dear Delegates:
It is fantastic to be here with my fellow Republicans in our Big Tent party, or should I say Big Stall party. I haven't seen this many white guys in a single room since I brought together all of the judges I've appointed.
I apologize for your having to step around all of the homeless people on your way in. But what's a minor inconvenience like that -- caused by the budget cuts you demanded and I caved in for -- when we all can still qualify for the yacht tax credit I gleefully signed into law a few weeks ago?
Speaking of sinking ships, I'd like to give a special shout out to Ron Nehring, my fantastic friend and future cellmate of his mentor Grover Norquist, for inviting me to speak on a Friday night, when no one in the mainstream media will be watching. Thank you, Ron, for your leadership of a Party that has become debt-ridden and blog-driven. That the resolutions committee is thinking about putting everything we stand for on a single sheet of paper is a tribute to what we stand for: very little.
We all know that California has a prison crisis. And thanks to our Republican Congressional delegation -- including John Doolittle, Gary Miller, and Jerry Lewis -- it will become more acute in the months ahead.
There's more...
