McCain to Contest California with Schwarzenegger Backing

It looks like California is going to be in play in the November election.
In an ABC interview set to air this Sunday, Sen. John McCain says he plans to campaign in the Golden State. And he's going to tag-team with Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to garner support.
I can't wait. The last time those two teamed up was in 2005, when McCain tried to rescue Schwarzenegger's failed "year of reform." They failed miserably.
McCain's anti-choice, pro-war, and anti-environmental record also will make the two an odd couple that should lead to a few awkward moments if the press does its job (a boy can dream).
Here’s the transcript from Sunday's interview (from the Sacramento Bee's Capitol Alert):
Sen. John McCain:
But I mentioned to you earlier, we've got to reunite the party and we've got to re-energize the party. And I'm prepared to do that. We've got plenty of time. But I won't waste a day. And I'd like to mention one other thing, I'll compete all over America. We won't have -- we'll be competing everywhere, including the state of California.George Stephanopoulos:
Including California?McCain:
Excuse me, Cal-lee-forn-yee-a, yes.
