I'm getting a sinking feeling that republicans might start concerted efforts to fix elections. We must get involved to try to control the government before it tries to control us. Find a couple of hours,  get involved, serve on election commisions, etc..the freedom you save could be your own..We must work for democratic ideals rather than have republican ones shoved down our throat's!

If so, would somebody PLEASE tell me how these people can continue to get away with betraying us and the country?..If it happens it would be another example of how congress has completely abandoned what they were put in power to do.

Without question the US has the best military and the finest soldiers but what our misguided president does not realize is that these wars he so loves cannot be won with bombs and bullets, to truly win these wars we need something of which he is unfamiliar. We need people who truly believe in our principles, in equality and that democracy is best. That's where we come in, we are the ones who fight to keep and change and improve this system, As good as it is, it can always be better

The country is clearly heading in a bad way. From the economy to our reliance on foreign oil, a lowering of the standard of living. We must energize and try to act on the ideas we need to right our way. The Democrats can lead the country back to prosperity.
